 The main objectives of the Internship:
The intern will learn the nuances of psychometric test development and validation and will get an opportunity to interact with HR heads of MNC`s in and around Hyderabad.

The intern will be working on one or more of the following tasks,
· Validation studies on psychometric  tests
· Optimization of questionnaires
· Statistical Validation of tests
· Sociological calibration of tests
· Editing test manuals

Stipend: Consolidated amount of Rs. 6000/- per month.

Candidate Profile: Fluent English , the ideal candidate will be from a reputed University currently pursuing their post graduate studies or end of year in psychology, organized, practical, highly flexible and at ease in working in computer environment (MS Office, Internet, etc.). An interest in statistics would be a plus (we will train interns on our tools built in house).

The main objectives of the internship are :

• Take part in the development of new products and their usage guides (project managment)
• Coordinate our internet partnership network internationally,
• Handle promotional operations (mailings, press releases, etc.),
• B2B Market research by phone to International companies in UK, USA, France and worldwide,
• Coordinate communication between the different offshore International offices of Central test,
• Help with customer support, administrative and technical tasks,
• Solving customers' problems and preparing proposals,
• Price negotiation,

Important information concerning the internships based in Paris, FRANCE

Additional requirements :

Candidates who are EU Nationals must be able to provide an internship agreement from their university. The internship agreement is given by your university and should state that this internship is an essential part of your studies to receive your diploma. It must be signed by you, your university and Central Test.

Non - EU nationals with a visa to work/study in France must provide an internship agreement from their university. You can find more information on the French Ministry for Employment website (in french): http://www.travail-solidarite.gouv.fr

Your local French consulate should also be able to advise you.

Compensation: French law maintains that the company pay between 25% and 30% of the SMIC (national minimum wage) to both EU or Non - EU nationals.

We suggest you look into the EU's Leonardo da Vinci Programme, a program for professional education and finance internships in the European Union for periods of three to twelve months.  Students and/or graduates are eligible for a Leonardo grant if their educational institution is affiliated with the program and has a relationship with a company in France.
